Hi-Lo is an old game that was used in many cultures around the world, including Ancient Egypt.

It was often used between tribes, rulers, etc. to wage the outcome of bets, diplomacy, purchases, trade and more.  So today, with the approval of Pharaoh we bring together the bones for you to play.


  1. Everyone begins with 50 deben.
  2. Each person playing makes a bet against the roll of the bone being Hi or Lo
  3. The Game Master rolls the dice.
  4. Bets are then added or subtracted from the players' deben.
  5. Repeat bets and rolls until one person is left with deben.
